Air cell cushioning rubber Pads system is a free floating resilient sports flooring structure Recognized by sports organizations internationally, used for many indoor sports activities. Their unique construction features a system of air cell cushioning pads, made of specially formulated natural rubber. When rubber pads are compressed, the air encapsulated within the uniquely formed cells is expelled through ventilation voids at the perimeter. The controlled expulsion of air provides the critical shock absorbing effect that reduces sports injuries. It is significant to note that construction of air cell cushioning pads sports flooring system results in consistent resilience throughout the court, in uniform ball bounce.

Natural finish: The floor will be in natural colour in dark & light shades with natural grain & Nods. Grain matching & colour selection is not possible with natural/solid wood. A minor percentage of (approx. 1%) sap, nods & heart may occur on natural/solid timber

Kiln Drying: All timber supplied by us are being kiln dried up to 12%-15% moisture levels. How ever shrinkages of planks may take place (on the odd occasion) up to 1mm-3mm (especially in the areas close to doors & windows), due to the effects of warm sun or its glare. The usage of Air conditioners too may cause this condition as it absorbs moisture. (Drying a solid wood below 10% moisture level in a kiln drier isn’t possible as it’ll crack). The solution for these occasional circumstances would be to fill the gaps using wood filler, once the movement settles. We bear no responsibility on wood materials supplied by the client with regard to its treatments (e.g.: Drying, etc.)
